Grandmother's land sold on forgery sign

Namasthe, I am manjunath Naik fron karnataka. My grandmother(died) had lot of property long ago ( 25 years ago). She sold some property that time . One of that property seems to be sold by one of her son(my father) without knowledge of my grandmother (However the property owned by my grandmother). The property buyer mad some forgery of my grandmother signature that time. My question is , there is any possibility to claim that property back. I am her grandson.

I will help you claim property first we need to file a private complaint to the Magistrate to take cognizance of criminal trespass, forgery, cheating etc. later you will file a suit for partition and declaration to get your share.
