Grandmother got her share in property after grand father distributed i

24-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
In 2008 my grand mother too died .Then my paternal uncle by producing a letter( fake letter) took the whole property and transferred to his wife's name. How can I claim in my grand mother's property which I know for sure that it was inherited by my grand father. What if he produces fake will in the court.

you can issue notice to divide the whole property, if he is not agreed then you can file a partition suit against him to division of the property. You can consult a lawyer. He will advise you whether the wil is fake or valid. If you need furthur advice please contact me.

we will get your share in the property. All the legal heirs are entitled to have a share in the coparcensor property. The nature of property is an ancestral one hence all legal heirs are entitled to equal share in the property.
