Grandfather's will furnished years after his death can we challenge it

i am hindu. Can i challenge my grandfathers will? my grandfather has 3 son (including my father) and 3 sisters. my grandfather died in 2010. my father is eldest son. he was living with my younger uncle. he didn't tell any of his child of any will. we waited four years. afters four years of death of my grandfather we (my father & other uncle) went to talk with younger uncle, he showed us grandfathers will which were totally unknown. we feel that it was made under influence. the sign is not staight. there are sign of two witnesses. now can we challenge the will. my aunties are not willing.

A WILL has no value unless probated. The legal heirs may choose to oppose the probate petition.

Apart from Above either of the legal heirs may prefer to file lettets of administration fir distribution of property sincs apparently no one has knowledge about the WILL.

Hello,

Indeed you can Challenge the Will as you and your relatives were not having knowledge of it being made . You will have to challenge it on the same grounds that you never had any knowledge of any Will being made by your Grandfather and also on the grounds of Forged Signature and unknown witnesses. Even if your Aunties are not willing, you can always challenge it Independently.
