Grandfathers property sold without fathers consent can we claim share

30-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, My grand father who has 3 son was owning a property, after his death that property was sold by his sons to a builder for a society. at the time of that sale my father was not well, he was hospitalized. So he was unable to sign the papers, at the time of deal, property was sold to builder by 2 uncles only. and we didn't got any shear in it. Today in that society many plots are still un-constructed. Can I claim that property now.If yes then what I need to produce to claim. P.S: builder has already cut the plots and sold to individuals . Thanks in advance!

Yes you have vested right in it, you can and you should immediately approach court.
Collect all the ddocuments and file objection against the sale deed, challenge it.
If possible try to collect all the information of people who bought the plot.
