26-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
i belong to a hindu divide family ..and my gradfater has recieved some part of Anserser's property but recently i cam to know that he had Madded a WILL in which he had wished to transfer all his property to one of my uncle ..as my gradfather has 3 sons and 2 dhughter .. my questio is..CAN HE MAKE WILL FOR ANSESTER'S PROPERTY AS PER LAW.?? as he didn't have added any property to the orginal one..
Anybody can decide the future of his own acquired property as per his will and wishes. But the ancestors property always devolve to it's legal successors and cannot be disposed of as per the wishes of its subsequent owners. However subsequent owners/legal successors can sale/dispose of the ancestors property by mutual consent.
