Grandfather died leaving behind property father ready to buy one of it

Hi grandfather passed away long back and had 5 sons & 2 daughter all married and have grandchildren. Now as mutually we are distributing the property so my father agreed to buy one of the property for 50 lakh . My query is who all need to sign in order to acquire this property whats the process to accomplished. As we don't want after the payment of this property tommorrow any of grand children or any member from family comes back and put up a case obligation on the property. Could you please suggest whats the process and whom all sign is requried on safe note. Thanks

At the time of purchase if every member of family chain and agree mutually and sign as a witness on subject purchase deed it will be treat as no objection certificate and no one can institute a suit against you.
