Grandfather died interstate uncle selling property not giving share

Land belongs to my maternal grandfather , but he is no more.But now my maternal uncle are selling the land by making powernama but they are not giving any share to my maternal grandmother .So I just want to clear thatafter the death of my maternal grandfather land belongs to whom?

I have gone through your query it is clear that the property belonged to your maternal grandfather and surely after his death the property will West Inn the legal hires of your maternal grandfather which includes his wife his son and daughters you are saying that your maternal grandfather has died intestate and your maternal uncle is trying to sell out the the property the remedy which remains with you is that your maternal grandmother can file a suit for injunction as well as partition of the property in a competent court else your mother or other legal hairs of your maternal grandfather can find the same type of suit in a court and obtain ancillary is relief of injunction from the court which can prohibit your maternal uncle from transferring the property or altering the nature of the property to anybody else

After your maternal grandfather all the ancestral property goes to all legal heir like your mother and another uncle and aunt including that one. So please go to your respective revenue department and ask them to mutation for the property of your maternal grand father.
