Grandfather bought property on uncle's name before the birth of father

Sir my grandfather buy a agriculture land on the name of my elder uncle(uncle's age at that time is 13 years).my father is not born at that time. My grandfather dead before two years. now my uncle not give any share in that land. Is my any right to that land.

Yes u have right.. Because at the time of purchase ur uncle was minor hence this proprty will be deemed to be of ur grandfathers property.. So u can claim this property.. As a legal heirs it does not matter ur father born after purchase or before..

Your father has right in the property bought by your grand father in your uncle's name as the property has a nature of HUF Property. Contact a good lawyer with all relevant facts/documents. You will get share in the property.
