Grand father property civil case ancestral property transfer civil

My grand father had 12 acres of agricultural land and one residential house, he has 3 daughters and one son( he is my father).
In 2012 court has declared 1/4 equal share to all, but my aunties acquired all residential house and claiming the pipeline,water pumpset( which is installed in 2007 by my mother and father )
So how can i claim our part in house and pipeline and pumpset sir.
In partition suit rates of parties and the extent has been decided. but for a fair and legal physical allocation you may have to file a execution suit either through the same advocate are through some other.
