23-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
Planning to buy a property but there is an issue in initial sale deed. Old to old owner when did GPA one of the owner name is mismatch with subsequent sale deed. All owners names are there in sale deed but one of the is mismatch in GPA. Is it OK to but such property or is it legal issue
Firstly furnish the relevant documents then we can advise you better
what you can do in this case means the present owner has to execute one declaration deed or indemnity deed. then it will be safe for you to purchase the property .. it ensures that you shall not face any technical issues with respect to the property.
