GPA has been for consideration Executed to external person by Mother on Undivided Maternal Property. which is under dispute, the case is filed by my mother, case is still running.
My mother passed away recently, i have impleaded through LR application to the court, on the pending case.
GPA has the mention about the court case. and the rest is standard agreements
1. Does the GPA stand valid, since it is for consideration, or not
