GPA executed by B after FIR registered on A

A had given GPA to B when things were fine with A and later he had criminal FIR with 406 420 IPc fir was filed , since he got arrested the GPA holder executed the sale of property as per instructions from A .
Now the government competent authority is put a clause in RTC for no alienation till further notice
