We have 9acres of agriculture land gifted by government. Now we have planned to sale this land thorough a land agent, but as we got busy in our work, we left thinking of that land and now that agent taken a advance from buyer without our permission all original documents are available with us only we have given him a xerox copy for7/12, so what we can do in this case
If that agent received some amount from third person without Registered Power Of Attorney and not paid that amount to you.Then you cannot held liable for that amount for repayment of that amount.Therefore you need to worry for that persons act.
