Government acquisition of land

06-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Hey, wanted to ask if I can apply for a claim now. The land was taken in 1980's without giving fair value for the land. Thus didn't accept the money. Can we file now under current law? Thanks

If you have not taken any steps since 1980, chances of getting any relief is very remote. However, if you have taken some steps and depending on what steps have been taken, you may approach the competent court.

yes you can claim tht part of the land itself during curreng law.
but now ur very much late for tht reason ut claim may get disputed.
so you need yo file writ petition in high court of ur state .
then only you have got ghe chances for pecurement of your claim.
