gifted property issue as the name is not there as a co owner

Flat in mumbai on my fathers name . before father passed away, he transferred 50% ownership to my mother. he made me associate member of the society and made a gift deed and gifted 50% of the property. before his death he asked mutliple times to transfer 50% share on my name on share cert but society has not done that. after he passed away, the redevelopemt of the property happend and now the entire ownership is on my mothers name. pls guide how to add myself as a co owner as per the gift deed
Well, if the Gift Deed entitles you to own 50 % of the flat, then, submit that Gift Deed to the concerned Society and request them in writing to fulfill all formalities to get the flat transferred on your name too, as you are the co owner of it.
