Hi
A property obtained by you as Pasupu Kunkumma is your absolute property.
You can do whatsoever you desire with the property. You can sell/gift/donate the property to any person whom you desire
According to section 14 of hindu succession act, a property in possession of a woman is her absolute property.
In the said property, no person including your sibling, your husband or children can raise any objection, should you desire to sell or gift the property to any person whom you so desire.
hope this helps.
