Gift deed to co applicant while in Home loan

hi
my father has a plot in bangalore in his name, i am planning to construct house there now by taking construction home loan as a co-applicant .
can i inherit the property by my father wish after a year through gift deed while i have home loan on the property ?
also do i have to take GPA from my blood brother who resides out of India in order to make gift deed ?

Sir, you can avail the loan with GPA of your brother if your father register the gift deed in your favour and your brother. Before the registration of gift deed you cannot apply for loan in your name. If you need any other information please contact me.
