Gift deed from mother to son but paid in cash the property value

28-Mar-2024 (In Property Law)
I have purchased a property from my mother and paid amount in cash but made gift deed from her. It's been 3yrs. my brother is greedy and influencing my mother now to revoke the gift deed. I'm paying her monthly expenses via online transfer and she's staying in same property along with my family. Can she revoke the gift deed? How can I safeguard my property?

if you are not paying maintenance and if it is mentioned in gift deed that you will look after her and if you are not paying maintenance, then she can file a case and then if the court finds the reason genuine the court can revoke, but in your case as you have been paying some maintenance and as she has to file a case against you and win which is not easy to get the gift deed revoked.
