01-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)

Both owners of the property may transfer their right, interest and ownership title to the person so transferred through one documentation only. No separate Gift Deed is necessary or required by the law for a lawful transfer of such property.
depending on owner of the property and one and two owner is not matter... only one one gift deed is registered and only one document is prepared.... for more inquiry for more information please contact me i give my best reply beat of my knowledge.
