Gift Deed Cancellation by Senior Citizen father

My father gifted single flat to each of his 4 sons (myself & 3 step brothers) through unconditional gift deed in 2020. Now, due to family dispute, my father is threatening to cancel gift deed (through falsely claiming non-maintenance of him by me) and throw out me and my mother from the gifted flat. Religion – Muslim.nif I gift the same flat to my mother, will my father still have "Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007" or any such Act to use against the gifted flat
If your father is unjustly doing all these despite you providing for his maintenance, You can contact me in case he files such case under maintenance Act of senior citizens . Don’t bother about it further, anyway gifting it to your mother will not put any problem in this case.
