Getting Patta for property obtained through Settlement deed

04-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My father had a house consisting of Ground Floor wherein my younger sister live and First Floor in which I live and I am elder daughter. There is a small land & building adjoining the above said building on which my youngest brother is living. About 15 years back, My father registered a settlement deed in favour of all three of us as stated above, mentioning the property where we live with a condition that transfer of property should take place after his death. Now my father passed away two months before. While my father was alive, after the settlement deed got registered we both sisters put up one flat each in the second floor for which there is no settlement deed. Now we want to take ownership of this property. Please suggest the way forward.

All siblings together can execute a family settlement deed and register it properly so that there will not be any dispute in the future. In the family settlement deed you can mention detailed partition and other conditions for smooth and peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.
