Get Status Quo for Possession Order and early sale deed execution

What is procedure to be followed for obtaining status quo for possession from court in case of the builder failing to do registration even after receiving full amount. Can the courts direct the builder to execute sale deed or direct the registrar to complete the title transfer?
hi you could file suit for specific performance in concerned court to to execute the sale deed or else to return the amount paid by him and also could file petition to restrict the builder to not to alienate the property
