Get property document from ksfe

I have taken a home loan from ksfe 8 years back. It was taken under my father's name after giving property documents. Property was under his name. He expired 6 years back and now we want to close the loan. But as per ksfe all his children has to come together to get the document. Childrens are qorking in abroad and they will not get leave to come together. Is there any option to take that document. Four children are there. 2 children are already available to sign.
At first, one of the successors should have to give an application to ksfe to return the documents to the legal heirs and if the ksfe denies the same with a direction to present all the heirs at ksfe, Then for the persons who are abroad, seperate power of attorney empowering anyone available to collect the documents and evn on that situation, if the ksfe makes any kind of objection. then should have to approach honourable high court
