Gave certain land for road development but occupied by other person

sir i have shopping complex given to some land r&b department for road purpose but some other people occupied above the land in front of my shops some autos also unofficially parking in front of our shops.so this problem rectified any ap govt. gos and also giving some legal advice thanking you sir
You have two choices.
1) you can file a nuisance case against the Auto parking stand as these are unofficial parking place.
2) As per NATIONAL LAND ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION & RESETTLEMENT BILL, 2011 there is a clause where in the person who had parted away with the land can seek redemption of land under the following clause
• Return of Land: Land returned to original owner if not used in 5 years for the purpose for which it is
acquired,
– Provided government can use land acquired for a department to some other department
So if the land acquired from you is not being utilized by the government for the purpose for what it was acquired, you can file a suit for return of land.
