I have bought an Apartment in a Gate Community last year. I recently went through the HMDA Approved plan and realized there are some things not aligned with HMDA approval and Environmental Clearance.
What Can I do now, to correct these, or to get a compensation?
need to understand what are the things that are not aligned before giving appropriate advice. Must analyse the impact of such non-alignment on the flat purchaser in future and if it's a common issue then all the flat owners must come together in the claim.

hi if they are still some discrepancies in the approval plan and other clearances then you could send the legal notice to the builder asking him to clear the discrepiances mentioned in the sale deed otherwise you could approach court
