Property belongs to my grandma
Issue started in 2011 , my dad gave POA to unknown per stating that my mother died I can't able to maintain property so I will all power to you, unknown use POA sell property and he purchased back again sell property in 2011 period, new unknown2 person appear in 2013 again one transaction stating purchasing property from grandma and he transfer property to his wife, she mortgaged property took loan in bank...
my grandma was alive in 2011 she died in 2013
We can declare the sale as null and void before the Court of law. However,we need valid proofs and evidence to substantiate the point that it has been executed under coercion or other factors. Documents need to be perused to give a informed opinion.
