On an urgent basis, you need to lodge a complaint against this person at your local police station, describing the incident as you have narrated along with the medical history of your father and his condition. Keep a copy of the complaint endorsed as received by the local police station for your own records.
You need to also conduct a property search in the local registrar or sub-registrar's office to find out whether any conveyancing has been done in the said property, as this seems to be a major cause for concern to you.

1. Immediately lodge complaint with local police stating the the above facts.
2. The fake person has some sinister plan and may dupe you with the property.
3. The plan of the person is anything but fair and hence it is necessary to inform the local police.
4. Ensure physical possession over the property standing in the name of your father.
