Fraud on Father's will by real brother can I claim share In property

Sir, My Father died in year 2004 and he had written a will of family property distribution against which i was given a house , half share of fixed depsosits and half share in a commercial shop. House was in name of my brother which he transferred to me in 2012 after so many arguments but he has cheated me in fixed deposits and commercial shop on which we both have equal share. Please advise me what to do in this case i do have cop of will with me stating these facts. please advise how can i get back m share of fixed deposits and shop as my childrens are forced to live a poor life and my brother childrens are enjoying with that money
You have to file a civil case for possession against your brother putting the will of your father as evidence it will take sometime but you will get your right for further details you can contact me on the details you have received

First you get probate of will being a benificiery of will from the court concerened,thereafter file a civil suit for getting your share as given to you through will.check the will that it is attested by two witness.
