Fraud gift deed executed by brother of NRI by misusing documents

Hello, I am a NRI. My parents passed away. My brother did a fraud gift deed of my plot to himself. The way he did was put an imposter's picture on my pan and adhaar, and faked someone to be me. He got this gift deed registered by using that false person. I can prove it bec I was not in India at the time of the gift deed. What can i do? Should i lodge a FIR? what sections and punishments would be applicable in this case? The 2 witness who signed would also get into trouble as they lied as well?
your brother did a fraud gift deed to your plot punishments will be applicable under criminal law you can file a suit for perjury the witnesses lief as well you have ti get a court order to prevent yoy have ti send notice

Yes, lodge FIR and apply BNS sections 318, 336, 356, 348, and 45.
- Witnesses will be punished under BNS section 245.
- Get the gift deed cancelled in civil court and get the property back.
