LAND BELONGS TO A GROUP OF 55 PEOPLE BUT TITLE HAS ONLY 5 NAMES AND A MOU IS DOCUMENTED. NOW WISH TO GO FOR DEVELOPMENT AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOCIETY FORMING AND GETTING CONVEYANCE IS ADVISABLE BEFORE GOING FOR DEVELOPMENT?

yes sir if u wish to go development, it's a must to have conveyance. you can apply deemed conveyance if u r a registered society. so registration of society also becomes must for the same reason. if u wish to have any further insight on the same, pls call, I shall explain in detail.
