Forged registration and forged khata near harohalli bangalore O

We have two sites.Both sites are registered in a single sale deed.But one site has A khata but other site has no khata done.So someone influential party got documents forged and registered in his name that other site which did not have khata.That fraud party has also got his khata done but we have no khata.how to immediately sell both sites?
since you do not have a khata for one of the sites selling both sides immediately at once is out of question. you should first try to claim your ownership right on the second site, then only you can sell both. but selling the first one is no problem right now.
