Forefather's land uncle sold a part of it how can I get my share

iam afarmer we got land from forefathers which was not equally distributed, i am uncles sold part of there land. what are the option for me, to get equal share sold land regigstration are cancelled or court will distribute remaining land will distribue

it appears that you are talking about ancestral property.
ancestral property belongs to all the family members. no person has an exclusive right.
to get an exclusive right, then one of the family member should file a partition suit in court.
then the land gets divided amongst members of family and the property so obtained on partition will become the absolute property of the person so receiving it.
Your options will be to file a partition suit in the court and also implead the buyer who bought the land from your uncle as a defendant.
