First of all you should get F.I.R registered against those who are threatening you. So far as the question of recovery of possession is concerned you will have to get Civil suit filed in civil court for eviction of trespassers who have illegally taken possession of your land . Second option available is to take the possession of land with the help of administration , if you are capable of.

you can challenge the stay order in revisional jurisdiction before the high court. but since you have already been dispossessed it is better file a case of mandatory injunction for recovery of possession of your tenanted premises. you should visit a good advocate with all your papers and get help as soon as possible.
