Floor number not mentioned in GPA

Sir we have purchased third floor of a building in 2005. But in our GPA, All property details are mentioned except floor number. Is my GPA valid?. Also, previous owner of the property is passed away. Is rectification deed possible?

Sir, you need to hire an advocate who will file a civil declaration suit in the civil court of your territorial jurisdiction to help you get the flat given recognition of being registered in your name. You need to gather all the documents you have related to the property and apprise your advocate about the facts so that he can help you out.

we need to understand your case for which we need to see your entire chain of ownership documents. only gpa cannot help we need to know other facts which we can get from other documents. are you aware of the previous owner family member and how are the relations
