Flat transfer to nominee in Society under redevelopment process

02-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I am the sole nominee and legal heir on a flat in a Co-op Housing society in Mumbai and my spouse was the owner. The share certificate bears his name. Unfortunately he is deceased during the redevelopment. nThe building is redeveloped but pending handover to the Society due to certain disagreements on expectationnnThe Secretary has informed that until the Redeveloped building is not handed over to the Society and a new Management committee is formed, he or the Chairman / Management Committee do not have the authority to transfer the flat or update the share certificate in the name of the nominee and legal heir. nnThis is holding up the PAAA Agreement registration between the Builder and me post redevelopment since Builder expects my name in Share certificate post transfer. This Other members who lived in the Society prior to redevelopment have been able to complete the registration with the builder. nnIs there any way to address this?nnThanks
