Flat transfer to mother by son

My husband saying that he transferred flat on his mother’s name.
Is it possible?
On letter box I can see my husband’s name.
If your husband has transferred the flat in favour of his other, then you can seek that information from the society office or ask your husband to produce the document regarding the same. Well, if you really want to figure out whether your Husband transferred the flat on his Mother's name or not, then, you can do so on your own by going to the concerned Registrar of Assurances nearby to the area where your Property is located and by giving your Property Address, find out about the new Owner of the Property to whom the Property has been transferred via filing an application.
