Flat cancaletion charges or cancellation right

I had booked flat in 2014 but that was delayed by builder & in 2018 he had completed his work that I have not money but as now he his charging m stamp duty , brokerage charges & m vat from my advance

if this property register as per RERA you have to right to get interest from builder. are you booked said flat on such terms and conditions that you have to pay stamp duty etc even cancellation of flat specifically mentioned in contact, then builder can charge upon you. And waving of this charges you have to file the case in compentet court. for this you can contact with me?

Hello, The first and the foremost thing is we have to see the allotment letter which you might have got at the initial stage of booking based on the points being mentioned in the said contract, we can take action accordingly Apart from that you can also serve them a legal notice mentioning all the facts and loopholes being done by them and come for a settlement amount. Hi, if there is delay in possession of property by developer then he has to returns all the stamp duty and registration charges. As per your query you are not interested in possession of property. on the ground of delay you can ask for refund of stampduty and registration charges.
