I am Second Wife's Son. First Wife has 1 boy and 2 Girls. So Fathers First Wife Challenged in District Court about whole Share of Property But My Father Gifted to Second Wife. She Can Challenge to That Gift Deed ? And What are the Possibilities To Get Their Share If Gift Deed Has not Cancelled.

if the property is self acquired, the father generally has the right to gift it to anyone including your mother. But if it's an ancestral property, the first wife and her children may claim it is illegal to gift ancestral property without the consent of all legal heirs.

It depends upon to which religion u belong.
for Hindus, if there is a gift deed, it has to be registered one and signed by at least two witnesses. cancellation of any registered document is decided by the Court as per evidence produced by the parties.
