Filed apartition / succession suit in the city civil court of Hyderaba

we are two brothers and my self filed a pertition / succession suit in the city civil court of Hyderabad TS in August 2024 and since then no progress has been made in the case we are not satisfied with the present lawyer handling the case the next hearing is scheduled on 30th June 2025 we are looking for a lawyer who will help expedite the proceeding of the case i will appriciate if you can help us in this case
hi first need to see the stage of the case and whether the other party had filed written statement in the case and if you are not satisfied with the current lawyer then you could obtain NOC from the current advocate and engage new one and file a petition for early hearing
