Fathers siblings causing interruption in our property what to do

Hello my father is no more n, my brother and Mom are trying to use our land property but my father's siblings are making interruption with some nonsense reason so please guide me how to claim for our own property
I would like to know that whether the property is an ancestral property or your father's self earned property.. next even otherwise if you have a valid title in your favour you can file a suit for taking injunctions against your father's sibling from the court

You can file a suit for declaration of right/title on the property against your father's siblings, if their interruption is of civil nature and they started using the property without your permission.
If their nuisance or interruption is of criminal nature, then you can go to Police. And you can also file a complaint before the Executive Magistrate under Section 145-147 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

There is no points to make interruption if your father land is owned by himself and and not a ancestors property you can take formal help of police if still persist make a registered complaint.or can go for a civil suit
