Yes, if the property (or the son's legal share of it) is formally registered or transferred into the wife’s name, she generally becomes the legal owner and has the right to sell or gift it, provided the transfer was legally valid and the son actually had the right to transfer

I understand your questions father purchased a property in the name of son . son transfer the property to his wife wife have a children she should give a share to children if she don't have a children she can sell any one .

Yes, if he has relinquished all his rights over the property through valid legal documentation, and the document has not been cancelled or otherwise invalidated, she may generally have the right to sell the property, provided that the mode of transfer through which she acquired the property is legally valid.
