Father's Property sold out to my sister's husband illegally

My father's house is sold to my sister's husband in absence of me in 22 lacs as per documents.and they have not paid more than 3 lacs.this took place one yr back,and all the papers were made.now my dad is no more.and my sister wants me to leave the home. But I am not ready as I have taken care of my whole family since 1999.where i was only earning and fulfilled all the responsibilities of a father.I made home I.e renewed it,sisters marriage, brother's marriage etc.and now I have no saving to buy a new home.so pls suggest me what shall I do
Please immediately file civil case and take stay order in your favour and for your protection.
Without stay order , you will be thrown out of the premises using force.
Also you will need to challenge the sale transaction in separate case.
