Fathers property division issue between me and brother what to do

My father property dividend issue between myself and brother. father passed away recently , even he done any will regarding dividend, by brother forcing me to vacate and trying to bring stay order for present accommodation. Please suggest what best i can do
You can a file partition suit against your brother and claim your share of property.
Or
Yourself and your brother can execute a partition deed and share the property of your father and the deed registered.
Before that check out whether your father has executed any will in favor of anyone.

If the father left the property without dividing the property, then both of you will get equal share. If it was transferred to your brother before his death, then he will be the sole owner for the same. So if it so, then he you wont get any right over the said property
If there is no transfer, earlier to his death, please file the partition suit and seek your equal share in the said property. In the said partition suit you can also seek for injunction against your brother from dispossessing your from the said property.
