hi if the other family members are denying your lawful share in the property then you could send the legal notice to your brothers asking for division of share in the property and if they are not doing it then you could file suit for partition

You have a rightful share in your father’s ancestral and self-acquired properties under Hindu Succession Act, especially if there was no registered Will. Since your father passed away, and if the property hasn't been partitioned legally, you and your brothers (along with your mother) are co-parceners and entitled to equal shares. As you were denied your share and no formal partition has taken place, you can: Issue a legal notice to your brothers and mother (if alive), asserting your claim and demanding partition of all properties, including the house and land. If they ignore or deny your claim, file a Partition Suit in the Civil Court, seeking: Division of property by metes and bounds, Declaration of your rightful share, Permanent injunction to stop alienation until final decree. Also, seek a direction to the concerned revenue authorities to record your share online. Maintain records of loan repayments you made on shared property—it strengthens your claim for equitable adjustment.
