Father's name correction in the patta

The original sale deed of undivided land father's name was wrongly mentioned. The property is apartment. After 22 years govt gave kuttu patta containing the name of the four flat owners. At that time only the error in the fathers name was found out. As the seller is not available rectification deed was not possible . hence affidavit was registered in book 4 .For two yeard Many applications were made to the Govt make the correction in the father's name in the patta but no result. What to do ?

Sir/Madam As the mistake of name is in the registered deed and the seller is not cooperative. Kindly approach this issue legally by sending notice first. If he is not executing the rectification even after legal notice, you must approach the court for correction.
