Fathers land occupied by uncle how can I take possession

my dad has some agricultural land(on his name). which his big brother and his family are cultivating since many years. now he passed away 5yrs back. after seeing tht behaviour and treatment of them towards us we want to take back possession of our agricultural land which got transferred on our name (son+daughter+mother) . now the abovementioned family is not ready to let us cultivate the land. and relinquish the possession of land. what are the legal and as well as administrative actions available with me?..
Dear friend as per your question and acording to law hindu sucssetion act section 8 your father purchage a agriculture land he is died now as par section 8 you and your mother with sister is legal representative so you are abslute owner .so you file a suit for possession before revenue court .because mutation entry is your name your father brother family is trespasser so you have legal remedy suit for possession
