father's brother want to sell ancestral property can we object

We have a house in village with an open land of 1 acre adjacent to the house This house and land was distributed between my father and his big brother This house and land was developed in 1967 by Moms fathers father Today we have divided the house in to two equal parts with a wall but not the land My father’s brother who is going to sell the ½ acer land to an outsider for 10laks and we want the same at 2lakh can we fight for our ancestor’s property

Once a property is partitioned then it becomes their absolute property.
However you can offer to buy from your uncle the property that he intends to sell to outsider. But you will not have any right to stop him from selling or enter in to his land.
