In case where your father has made the application requesting the court to remove your name from the property then you need to defend yourself and prove that you have equally contributed in the property by the transaction records and payments of EMI for bank loan.

If a case is already pending in the Courts you should make sure that you are well represented and all facts are recorded and come on Court file that help establish the fact that your money has also gone into buying of that property. You should be able to prove with your funds having gone into buying your property that it is in fact a joint property. Since it is a family dispute it would be highly recommended that you settle the matter with your father and divide the share in the property as suitable to both. If not you may have to take recourse to legal action.
