Father transferring his property share to uncle how can i stop him

30-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir my uncle has some how brainwashed my dad to give him my dad's share of property after my grandma's death. But as we are financially not so sound, and i wanna go for higher studies in master's, we need that property! But my dad is not ready to listen to us and isn't getting convinced by us. So is there any legal way that i can stop my dad from doing this? And sorry, i cant reveal my complete name.

If the property is a joint family property you have a share in the property which you can claim from your father. Also file a suit for partition and declaration and injunction in this regard, so that you can avoid your father from giving it to his brother.

Kindly ascertain from your father as to whether he has forgone his share of the property orally or through an agreement?
You can still file a suit for partition before the Court to get your dad's share of the property.
