25-Jun-2025 (In Property Law)
I am living in joint house with father and 2 brothers. Currently property is on Grandfather name who expired 1969. In 2011 as per family agreement father divided house in two part & separated me as per practical situation and trf my part in Nagar nigam record & house tax, water tax, electrcity is on my name of my portion. Now due to some dispute with my wife he is trying entire property to his name with wrong intention as he is only son of grandfather and 3 sisters expired. Pls suggest.

if presently the property is in the name then your father cannot transfer it to anybody else name without your approval. if your father tries to make any name change transfers then you can file an objection to it. further u can call us for complete details. thanks.
